David is the author, co-author or ghostwriter of eight books and in 2003 he won Writer?s Digest Award of Merit for fiction for his first novel, Sacred Corruption. He has just completed his second novel, Deadsizing. He has co-authored two business books and ghostwritten three other business books and a memoir. He acts as a development editor and publishing consultant for non-fiction and fiction writers. In addition to books, David has written and published many articles, columns and short stories and he often speaks to business and writers? groups as a keynote speaker and workshop leader.
David has degrees, diplomas, certificates and other forms of wallpaper from DePauw University, University of Western Ontario and University of Toronto. He sums his career up as writer, butcher, bellhop, banker, beach bum, sailor.
